Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Some products are made to order or may be back ordered from the manufacturer and require additional lead-time for delivery. We will try to notify you of backorders as soon as possible. Please verify your shipping address before you submit your order to ensure the quickest possible delivery. We may be required to transfer parts between warehouses to complete your order. Please allow up to two weeks to receive your Jeep top.
Some shipping quotes may not be accurate and will be recalculated manually. Most common are orders being shipped to outside the 48 contiguous States, expedited shipping and APO/FPO. We will advise you of any additional shipping charges and ask for your approval prior to shipping. Most orders cannot be shipped to APO boxes.
Some specialty order items may require longer lead-time depending on manufacturer's production schedule and location.
We ship using common carrier, UPS, FEDEX and USPS Ground Service for domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous States.
We ship from warehouses coast to coast and not all products may be in stock at the closest warehouse. Therefore some of our orders are sent from multiple locations and may require that we ship items from the same order in more than one box. All shipping charges are based on the total dollar amount of your order and you will only be charged one low delivery price.
Common Carrier transportation may be required for domestic shipments that are oversized or overweight and need special handling. In these instances our delivery agent will contact you to schedule delivery so it is important to include a daytime phone number to reach you. Important note: If you are not at home at the agreed time of delivery, you may be charged a re-delivery fee equal to your shipping charge.

We warranty all merchandise for a minimum of 30 days against defects in workmanship or materials for normal use. Keep all manufacturer's warranties and owner's manuals you receive with the merchandise ordered. In the event an item becomes defective, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty information for proper procedure on returning the merchandise. All claims are started by calling our Customer Service Department for a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA). Returned items will be inspected for warranty eligibility. We will not be responsible or liable for labor, or incidental or consequential damage of any kind. In no event shall our liability exceed the cost of the goods.
EXTREME WARRANTY: If you purchased the Extreme Warranty, this is what will be covered:
- Your product will be covered due to a mishap. The broken component will be replaced at no charge to you upon inspection of the merchandise. You will, however, be responsible for shipping the broken component back to us and the return shipping of new product back to you.
- The Extreme Warranty can save you the expense of purchasing the product again if you are to break it. We will send a replacement component to replace the broken component on the product. After the warranty is used, it will be voided and a new warranty must be purchased.
- Coverage with the Extreme Warranty extends for the product life of the product. Wear items such as bushings, hiem joints, zippers, etc. are not covered. Certain products such as soft tops, seat covers, etc will be subject to a prorated adjustment. Vandalism, theft, fire or accidents will not be covered under this warranty.
Sometimes it becomes necessary to cancel orders for a backorder or discontinued part. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel these orders. There is no additional shipping charge on backorder shipments.
Product Installation Policy
Jeep Top Depot has no control over the use of any product. Jeep Top Depot therefore expects the customer to exercise good judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use and maintenance of any product. Jeep Top Depot assumes no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind due to any misuse or improper application of any products in any way by any person.
